"ON3P didn’t start as a dream, a vision, or a calling. ON3P started because a college student wanted a pair of skis he couldn’t find anywhere else. Over the next two years, founder Scott Andrus slowly saved enough to buy all the tools, equipment (including handbuilding his own ski press), and materials needed to design and manufacture over fifty pairs of skis for his friends and himself in his single car garage in Tacoma, WA - all while finishing his college biology degree. Over those two years, what had originally been planned to be a seven-pair build for a small number of friends turned into something much, much more. ON3P, the ski company, started to become a reality."
